This ministry is responsible for providing, maintaining, and encouraging use of the church facilities for congregational and approved community activities. The current chairperson for this ministry team is Richard English (738-3493). Please contact him if you are interested in serving in any of these ways...
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the church building, the mission house, and the church van.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the parking lots, lawn, flower planters, and landscaping of the properties.
- In conjunction with the Senior Pastor supervise the work of the Church Custodian.
- Approve and recommend any and all major renovations of the existing properties to the Elder Board.
- Establish and review annually the fee schedules for use of properties by non-church groups and individuals.
- Establish and review annually all policies for use of the church facilities.
- Plan and coordinate work days with the Deacons.
- Evaluate insurance coverage on church property considering the recommendation of the Trustees.
