This ministry is responsible to plan and administer programs to show the love of Jesus Christ as we greet those who come to worship. The current chairperson for this ministry team is Pat Adams (593-6670). Please contact her if you are interested in serving in any of these ways...
- Greeters – coordinate greeters before each worship service and before Sunday School
- Childcare
- Appoint Childcare Ministry Coordinator
- Work with Childcare Coordinator to review childcare policies and revise as needed.
- Provide childcare for worship services, congregational meetings, and special events as appropriate.
- Ensure all childcare workers have current applications and background checks on file in the church office.
- Distribute worship service audio recordings – appoint a coordinator who ensures recordings are delivered to those who request them, and regularly publicizes their availability.
- Plan and organize the creation of an all-church photo directory, with contact information, as needed.
- Follow-up on newly established worshipers to encourage their connection with a small group and other options that will cultivate their growth in discipleship and service.
