This ministry is responsible for the education and equipping of Junior and Senior High students to grow in their faith and commitment to the Lord’s work, and to grow in fellowship with one another. The current chairperson for this ministry team is Connie Hager (738-5207). Please contact her if you are interested in serving in any of these ways...
- Recruit teachers, leaders, and substitutes for Sunday School and small groups.
- Provide training opportunities for teachers and leaders.
- Determine ways to periodically recognize, encourage, and thank teachers, leaders, and substitutes.
- Select and order curriculum.
- Recruit and train adult leaders and helpers for the High School youth group (Ixthus) and the Jr. High youth group (Chi Rho).
- Approve all youth group trips and administer trip scholarships.
- Promote summer camps and administer camp scholarships.
- Promote short-term mission trips in coordination with the Ministry of Missions.
