Prayer List

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."
(Philippians 4:6)
Each Sunday in our worship services we provide an opportunity for people to share their prayer requests with the rest of the church--both praises for what God has done, and needs they are requesting of the Lord. Below are the most recent of these prayers, offered here so you can incorporate them into your personal times of intercession and worship. If you are needing a quiet place to seek God's heart, the church sanctuary is open for personal times of prayer each Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
 
7-25-2010
  • Praise God for the birthdays of Tiffany Lawrence Nix and Pat Adams.
  • Praise God for the youth pastor search team. Continue to pray for them to have wisdom and discernment.
  • Praise God with Ryan Batchman for the 10 camper who came to Christ at the camp he served at in Oklahoma last week.
  • Praise God for our church family and for the August 22 church picnic.
  • Pray for Dorothy Fuller who is in the Mitchell County Hospital.
  • Pray for Nadyne Copp as she is in St Francis Hospital in Wichita.
  • Pray for Ron and Rosemary Freeman for health concerns for both of them.
  • Pray for the children’s ministries about which Amy Williams spoke including CLASH, VBS and Sunday school.
  • Pray with Russ Gericke for his daughter, Angela Brown, as she is due to deliver her first child.
  • Pray with Stacy Behrends for her cousin, John Wright, in Colorado who just received a diagnosis of leukemia.
  • Pray with Alice Colby for her daughter, Tara, to have safe travel from Kentucky to Beloit and for good health as she travels.
  • Pray with George Stroup for his brother who has neck and knee medical concerns.
  • Pray with Angie Ahlvers for her son, Tate, and his cousin as they compete in the National Junior Olympics in August.
  • Pray with George Stroup for a friend who is in the hospital.
  • Pray with Judy Stroup for a friend who has had a medical concern for two years.
  • Pray with Janet Allen for her son, Eric, as he goes to Fort Benning, GA for military training. 
  • Pray for the family of Ferna Harnett who passed away.
  • Pray for the family of Don and Barbara Pruitt who passed away.
  • Pray for the family of Louise Sutton’s Mom, Mabel Bisnett, who passed away.
  • Pray for the family of Melva Lyster’s sister who passed away.

  • Pray for Ryan Batchman as he will be speaking at a church camp in Oklahoma this week.
  • Pray for Dorothy Fuller who is in the Mitchell County Hospital.
  • Pray for Nadyne Copp as she has been transferred to St Francis Hospital.
  • Pray with Robyn Gericke for her daughter, Brianna Trujillo, for her medical concerns.
  • Pray for David Eilert as he battles A.L.S.
  • Pray with Terry Peterson for safe travel as she goes to Michigan in August to get Dakota.
  • Pray with Terry Peterson for a good friend who lost his Dad on July 4th.  
  • Pray for the family of Ferna Harnett who passed away on July 17, 2010.

  • Pray for Dorothy Fuller as she is in the hospital in ICU with double pneumonia.
  • Pray for Nadyne Copp who is in the hospital.
  • Pray with Robyn Gericke for Brandon Ridder to have a smooth transition as he moves to another state.

  • Praise God that Louise Nelson has recovered enough that she is here to worship with us today.
  • Praise God for the Independence Day holiday and for the blessing of many family gatherings.
  • Praise God for the government leaders we have on the local, state and national level for whom we pray to receive wisdom from God on the decisions they consider.
  • Praise God with Bobbi Link that she has now finished or “graduated” from cancer treatment so she can be ready for whatever is next on her journey. Bobbi wants to thank the church family for all their prayers.
  • Praise God for the recent wheat harvest.
  • Praise God for the Bible, the living and powerful word of God.
  • Praise God for the Youth Pastor Search team and pray that they have wisdom from God.   
  • Pray for Lois Simoneau as she continues to recover from health concerns.
  • Pray with Ryan Batchman for his Dad as he had a heart attack recently.
  • Pray with Connie Long for a friend, Shannon, who has cancer.
  • Pray with Dorothy Katsiyiannis as her Mom’s sister recently passed away and there will be a double memorial service for this sister and another sister of her Mom who also passed away. 
  • Pray for health concerns for Harold Staley, Kevin Williams, Lisa Cordel, Leon Holl, Ed Fletchall Jeanie Baird and others.
  • Pray for the victims of the recent storm damage.
  • Pray for the families that experienced the passing of a loved one including the family of Daniel Finney.
