Prayer List

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."

Each Sunday in our worship services we provide an opportunity for people to share their prayer requests with the rest of the church--both praises for what God has done, and needs they are requesting of the Lord. Below are the most recent of these prayers, offered here so you can incorporate them into your personal times of intercession and worship. If you are needing a quiet place to seek God's heart, the church sanctuary is open for personal times of prayer each Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
 
3-7-2010
  • Praise God for the 2010 Mexico Mission plans. Pray for the volunteers, details and funds needed for this outreach.  
  • Praise God for the Ladies Prime Time coming March 20th.
  • Praise God for the Prayer Chain ministry opportunity.
  • Praise God that Tom Dameron Jr. was released from the hospital in Texas to recover at home.
  • Praise God for the recent local basketball teams tournaments.
  • Praise God with Julie Snyder for the 1st birthday of Brock Baxa next week.
  • Praise God with Kristi Vetter for the junior high students who presented their band, orchestra and vocal music skills at Hays, KS on March 6, 2010.
  • Pray with Lorna Jones for Health concerns for Nadine Reiter and Lauren Eck.
  • Pray with Bev Williams for David Williams.
  • Pray with Lou Ann Conner for Carrie Bailey who is in ICU at the Salina Hospital.
  • Pray for Harold Seely as he will travel to Hutchinson on March 8 for a doctor’s appointment.
  • Pray for Pat Zentz’s brother, Roger Oplinger, as he will have future cancer surgery.
  • Pray for wisdom and provision for Tim Clever and his family.
  • Pray for the people in Chile who experienced an earthquake.
  • Pray for ongoing health concerns for Neva Howland, Jeanie Baird, Don Burkhart, Louise Nelson and others.
  • Pray with Kay Zachgo for her Mom, Ercelle Speaks, who is now in hospice care at Hilltop Nursing Home.
  • Pray with Robyn Gericke for her daughter, Brianna Trujillo who was recently separated and is experiencing depression.
  • Pray for Betty Zirkle and her family and friends.
  • Pray for the ongoing cancer treatments for Sherry Angell, Geri McCune, Larry Hamel, Leon Holl and Hannah Thomas.
  • Pray for our government leaders to have wisdom.
  • Pray for safety and provision for those from our church family in the military including Joseph Botka, David Williams and Mike Haeffele.
  • Pray for the family Jackson Goddard whose funeral was last week.
  • Pray with Dorothy Hamilton for the family of her nephew, Harvey Henderson, who passed away.

  • Praise God for the birth of Matthew to Alfoni and Susan Mulgana last week.
  • Praise God that Harold Seely continues to recover at Mitchell County Hospital.
  • Praise God with Laura Heagy that her Dad is doing much better after surgery.
  • Pray for Pat Zentz’s brother, Roger Oplinger, as he will have future cancer surgery.
  • Pray for Tom Dameron Jr. as he battles an infection after surgery last week.
  • Pray for Dorothy Fuller as she recovers from a fall last week.
  • Pray for Judy Stroup as she recovers from cataract surgery last week.
  • Pray for Lisa Cordel for wisdom for a health concern.
  • Pray for Steve Langley as he waits for the results of a medical test.  
  • Pray with Wanda MacPherson for her relative, Randy, as he continues in a rehab program.

  • Pray for the people in Chile who experienced an earthquake. Pray for safety for Flor Vargara who was an exchange student in Beloit in 1963 and she now lives in Conception, Chile but her Beloit friends have not heard from her.

  • Pray for Fern Simpson’s relatives as they travel home after a visit in Beloit.

  • Pray with Kristin Lawrence for the family of T.J. Nix’s Granddad who passed away. Pray for Tiffany to have traveling mercy for the trip to attend the funeral.

  • Praise God with Schaefer and Becky Fraley that Simoni Jo Fraley was able to come home from the hospital last week and she is here in worship today!
  • Praise God for the 2010 Mexico Mission plans. 
  • Praise God with Ray and Joyce Holl for their Granddaughter, Amelia Flathary, who has been released from the hospital to recovery at home.
  • Praise God that Gerry Topliff was able to return to Hilltop Assisted Living last week.
  • Praise God that Harold Seely was released from the Hutchinson Hospital to continue to recover at Mitchell County Hospital.
  • Praise God with Kristen Bauman that her nephew, Carter, was able to come home with his parents. Pray for Carter and his family to adjust to his home breathing machine.
  • Praise God with Dick and Sue Wise as they were able to attend the baptism of their grandchildren, Kaleb and Palin Hake in Kansas City last Sunday.
  • Praise God with Laura Heagy that her Dad had successful surgery on Friday.
  • Praise with Joey Behrends that Remi Behrends, Michaela Pingel, Erin Kelley, Darrel and Terri Kelley were not hurt in a car accident on Saturday.
  • Pray for Jackson Goddard, 2 month old son of Jason and Brandy Goddard, who was flown to Wichita for breathing treatment.
