IXTHUS meets on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. "IXTHUS" (the Greek word for "fish" that was also used by early Christians as an acronym and identification symbol) is the name for the high school fellowship group that meets Sunday evenings, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. during the summer months). Students at Ixthus spend time hanging out, playing games, and focusing on how the Word of God applies to teens' lives today. Our expansive youth room includes a snack bar, pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, theater seating and excellent video and sound equipment. All of these are simply tools and means to a greater end: connecting students to Jesus Christ and to one another in God-honoring ways. |

SR. HIGH YOUTH DISCIPLESHIP CLASSES AND SMALL GROUPS Every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m., a Sr. High discipleship class meets in the upstairs youth room for Bible study and discussion about who Jesus is and how he wants his followers to live. Additionally, there are both guys and gals Sr. High small groups that meet at various times for further encouragment, fellowship, and growth. |

SPECIAL FELLOWSHIP EVENTS Through-out the year, special get-togethers are held to give our high school youth a chance to make and grow deeper in friendship with one another. These include events such as Super Bowl parties, outdoor BBQ’s, movie nights, a spring ski trip to Colorado, and mission trips over the summer. |
