We have a variety of ways for you to use your gifts and talents for the glory of God and for the common good. Pray about where you might serve, and contact any pastor to discuss your best fit in our programs. “There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good… All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.” (1 Corinthians 12:4-7, 11) 

Ministry of ADULT DISCIPLESHIP
Serve as the leader, co-leader, or facilitator for a small adult Life Group. We provide all the resources you need as you help others to connect and grow together.

Ministry of CHILDREN’S DISCIPLESHIP
Serve as a leader or helper for Sunday morning children’s Life Groups (your choice of groups from grades Pre-K through Grade 6, Sundays at 9:30 am), Kid’s Church (K – Grade 4, Sundays at 10:45 am); CLASH (Grades 1 – 6, Wednesdays at 6 pm); VBS (Grades 1 – 6, one week in the summer).

Ministry of EVANGELISM
Serve as a leader, co-leader, or facilitator for outreach Life Groups such as DivorceCare (for those who have been divorced), Celebrate Recovery (for those seeking to break free from addictions), GriefShare (for those working through grief and loss), Conquer Series (for those seeking to break free from pornography). We provide all the resources you need to lead well. Serve as a promotion leader who seeks to advertise and make known the ministry of BFCC to the wider community. Serve as a volunteer to follow-up on recent worship attenders, visitors, and guests.

Ministry of FACILITY MAINTENANCE
Serve as a volunteer using specific areas of giftedness to maintain the physical building, exterior grounds, and resources that enable our ministries to function well.

Ministry of FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP
Serve on our offering counting teams. Serve as part of the team that creates and establishes yearly budget proposals for all the ministries of the church. 

Ministry of HOSPITALITY
Serve on our Welcome Center team. Serve as a Sunday morning greeter and/or usher. Serve on our Childcare Nursery team.

Ministry of JR/SR HIGH DISCIPLESHIP
Serve as a leader or helper in our Fusion student ministries (Grades 7-12, Wednesdays at 7 pm); Serve as a chaperone and youth leader to special youth conferences (Grades 7-12, usually one week during the summer).

Ministry of MISSIONS
Serve as a member of our Missions Committee to support, promote, and help send specific missions/missionaries throughout the world by selecting them for regular, monthly support.

Ministry of REFRESHMENT
Serve as a part of the team that oversees fellowship meals, arranges Meal Trains for those returning home after a hospital stay, provides funeral luncheons and dinners as needed, arranges for Sunday morning coffee, tea, and Donut Sundays, and provides Meals on Wheels once a week in our community.

Ministry of WORSHIP
Serve as a singer or musician on one of our four different praise teams; Serve on our Worship Tech Team to run the sound board, projection computer, video camera computer, or as an online host for our live-streams.
